"Miscommunication about my 6 month premium. Mathew talks over customers and gets a little loud . Hung up on our phone conversation when I interrupted his aggressiveness . Just a Mass confusion that wasn't fully explained. We are tired of over paying and I'm sure you are to. For other people's claims and buisness mark ups when our raises are not in completion."
